When performing the Miller Lift, Dr. Miller uses a carefully selected combination of dermal fillers and Botox to lift and firm up the face, soften fine lines and wrinkles, and add volume to the cheeks or any facial depressions that may exist.

The results of a Miller Lift are visible immediately. The cheeks will enjoy more volume and a nice lift. After about 10 days, the results of the Botox become apparent, and wrinkles and fine lines around the eyes and forehead will look significantly reduced. Deep lines and creases around the cheeks, mouth, and nose will diminish, and hollows near the eyes or cheeks will be filled. Without a single suture, patients look years younger. How the process works

The Miller Lift is a liquid facelift and requires no downtime or incisions. This non-invasive procedure is done in-office and takes only about 30 minutes. A combination of dermal fillers and Botox help to lift and tighten the brow, cheeks, and jawline.

Dr. Miller uses Botox to remove wrinkles and fine lines. With various fillers, he contours the jawline to elicit a more youthful look. Fillers are also used to fill in under-eye or cheek hollows that may exist. Marionette lines and nasolabial folds are also corrected with dermal fillers. Finally, volume is added to the cheeks.

For those with double chins or sagging jowls, Dr. Miller will use Kybella to tighten and contour the jawline. He may also use Sculptra to stimulate collagen production, helping the face to look naturally plumper and more youthful.

Recovery fromthe Miller Lift

The Miller Lift is a pain-free procedure. There may be some minor swelling or bumps from the Botox, but this will subside in the minutes following the procedure. Some patients experience minimal bruising that should last only a day or two; these slight bruises can be easily covered with makeup.
